My Book Life

Took a break to throw up a post about what I'm planing on reading for Bout of Books 2016.  It's my first time with this read-a-thon as I mentioned before, and I am working a full schedule this week. Due to that, and a vet appointment that needs to happen on my day off, I have a pretty small goal of what I want to read.  Upside is if I make it through these three books I do have others.  I always have others.  

Wytches is Volume 1 by Scott Snyder.  I honestly don't much about the book except for the fact it's one of Scott Snyder's pieces, and that's all I need to know.

Quotable Doctor Who is a fun read, I'm already halfway through.  It uses quotes to describe parts of the show: the Doctor himself, the Companions. Easy read during breaks and in bed.

Monstrous is a debut novel by Marcy Kate Connolly.  It's sounds like a super cute Middle Grade novel.  Again not super sure what it's about, but it looks adorable.  The dust jacket compares it too Frankenstein  and the Brothers Grimm.

My entire house is participating in the Bout of Books this week.  We're using as an excuse to keep the TV off and to pull away from our phones.  I will only be online enough to posts updates here on the blog, but I'm going to try to unplug as much as possible!  Hope everyone has a good Monday!!
