Bout of Books Day 2

As for right now I have finished Wytches and marked off my BINGO square.  It was...alright.  I really enjoyed the idea of the story and the pledged.  I just honestly wasn't really fond of any of the characters.  Which sort of disappointed me because normally I love anything Scott Snyder works on.  I also manage to bust through a good chunk of the Official Quotable Doctor Who, which is super cute.  However it's not something you marathon through.  I found my mind wandering after I got through the section about the Companions, so I thought it time to pop on the blog.

Day 2 comes with a bookish challenge from Writing My Own Fairy Tale.  So here we go:

Lend books to someone who dog-ears pages or to someone who reads with cheesy Cheetos fingers?

Despite how much I hate this, dog-eared pages.  At least those I can try to fix, those smudges are forever.

Be able to meet one character of your choice or meet one author of your choice? My choice, but only because it's honestly a toss up between between Royce Melborn and Sevro au Barca.

Never be allowed in a book store again or never be allowed in a library again?

A book store.  It would be hard to never go into another local shop and find a hidden gem, but I get so many of my books from the library.  I honestly don't think I could survive if I didn't have access to one.

Have to choose one of your favorite characters to die in their book or have to pick one of your favorite couples to break up in their book?

Does it count if some of my favorite characters have already died in their books, because I have a knack for loving the ones that are doomed.  Plus, sitting here, I can't honestly think of my favorite literary couple.

Be required to read Twilight once a year for the rest of your life or The Scarlet Letter once a year for the rest of your life?

It has to be the Scarlet Letter.  Only because I have never managed to make it through the first book of the Twilight Series ever.

Well that's it for Day 2.  I survived work with only a minimal itch to get my book out from my cubbie.  Time to unplug, shower, and I think I'm going to bust into a few chapters of Monstrous.
